Questions
Do I need special hardware?
No. Any computer, tablet or phone with a browser works. A USB barcode scanner works like a keyboard, and receipts print on an 80 mm thermal printer or on A4.
Can I bring my products from Excel?
Yes. Save the sheet as CSV and import up to 5,000 products at a time, with prices, opening stock and categories.
Is my shop's data separate from other shops?
Yes. Each shop has its own link, its own staff and its own data. Staff see only what their role allows.
My shop is VAT registered. What changes?
Choose the VAT plan. Sales print as tax invoices, each bill is reported to IRD, returns become credit notes, and goods with no VAT can be marked tax exempt.
